The presenter wishes to help users understand how C-surance.ca has optimize the tools to insure that the perfect salesman will have access to all the tools they need in order to respond to a Request for Quote or do a Market Survey for existing clients while the day to day operator will wish to optimize their process for Client Support and do it in the easiest and most efficient way.
We will introduce the interfaces and give a good description of the common options to both while providing a quick overview of the specialized options.
