The Need
Most enterprises consider their human resources as their primary asset. Aware of the importance of their employees, many companies offer a range of employee benefits, including group insurance plans. The social and economic impact of such benefits is substantial and involves a commitment that must be shared by all participants.
The ultimate objective is to provide employees with benefits that have an optimum price/quality ratio, taking taxes into account, BUT MAINLY to guarantee employees an immediate response when they need access to information or have filed a claim.
Professional Group Benefits managers, whether employers, unions, insurers, administrators, external suppliers (prescription drug cards, etc.) or group benefits advisors, have long known that information and event management becomes more complex as the number of employees and modifications to employee records increase. Professional Image
We pride ourselves on developing a fine product and are well aware that when ALLEGRO UPE is in your hands, it is an extension of MDI.
Efficient and user friendly, this version also looks great. The screens are easy to read and the colour scheme is similar to that used by Microsoft.
Fast and Functional
To reduce the time it takes to learn how to use ALLEGRO U P E, we have limited the number of screens, standardized them (each button is in the same place on every screen), and made the computer links easy to access.
The MDI team has also included options that speed up database management when handling of large numbers of records is a key asset.
Lastly, whenever possible, MDI builds in electronic links between the various databases (payroll, insurers, prescription drug cards, etc.), to reduce the need for duplication and the risk of human error.
Efficient Implementation
Software installation should go smoothly. Depending on the service contract, ALLEGRO UPE can be installed by professionals from MDI, by the insurer, or in-house using an automated installation process.
Sufficient Training
Depending on the service contract selected by the INSURER, ADVISOR or the ENTERPRISE, or if there are special needs, training can be provided by various resources. Training sessions are available at MDI, at the INSURER, regionally or on the client’s premises.
Professional Support
When in doubt about how to handle an infrequent occurrence (i.e. a disability claim), the client can always count on support from professionals.
