For the employer, C-surance has tried to render access as simple and user friendly as possible.
Access to employees’ file is made easier through various search modes that can be done amongst other with a social insurance number, a name and a surname, or by simply changing the sorting order of each file. It will enable search based on more relevant information in accordance with the employer's punctual needs.
Accessing the employee’s file, there is a simplified control panel to generically view all necessary information on each of them. By exploring each of them specifically, more thorough information can be obtained.
For example, Allegroupe supports all the history of events which have influenced each employee’s file.
We can view all the events that were time stamped by simply using the forward or backward arrow and the system will display the overall information pertaining to the date it became in effect.
With this function, the overall information about any individual employee is maintained in time as up the first date it has been used on C-surance, till the moment you checked and found out.
Once you have selected the specific date in effect, it will allow you to glance at all the relevant information pertaining to this specific file. Among other things, you may look for individual insurance benefits like LIFE, DMA, Short or Long Term Disability or Dental Care, by simply double-clicking on each benefit.
When selecting the LIFE benefit for example, you may now access a contract as it was in effect on the date of the motion.
This information also reflects the benefit which was applicable according to the employee's division or class.
Likewise, the long term disability benefit can be verified.
Again, the overall information with regard to the effective date of the selected employee’s division and class is now displayed.
The same thing could be done with the extended health related section.
For certain benefits such as the extended health related or the DMA, it is also possible to access complementary information databases.
Your medical ancillaries file is automatically accessible when clicking on the “Ambulance” icon.
If you select the “Clipboard” icon, you will then have access to better documented information on services and products benefit with regard to the extended health benefit.
It is then possible to undertake individual query for each of the necessary and transactional benefit in your file.
We can further the exploration of each employee's file by choosing the complementary information tabs.
It will then be very easy to access all the information pertaining to the family, including spouse, children and beneficiaries.
The “Remarks” section will allow for personal notes to be added on the employee’s file.
Also, the “Other information” section will contain banking and other data which are relevant to manage the file depending on the employee specific needs.
You can also use the right hand click of your mouse to access different other reports or information that are available for this particular employee.
The request for a member’s insurance benefits summary report enables you to view your employee’s transactional file.
