By choosing the option “Open File”, the GAP will give you access to the overall files belonging to you or given access to.
Files are managed according to the company’s name, more specifically under each of your RFP’s name. In addition, you will be able to concentrate your energy based on the combination that you have given to your companies.
For example, you may identify files or companies with pending projects by simply clicking on the radio button available next to your selection.
Same thing if you want to select projects awaiting a reply sold or unsold projects. For projects awaiting a reply, the present example shows four of them but only three companies are identified. This can be explained as one company may have been assigned several projects.
To access all the RFP’s, you only have to click on the Radio button which refers to the total projects on hand.
For each selected company, we now have access to their overall information.
For the same company, it is possible to access several projects such as one which is complete or a dental one.
This enables us to check the complete or the dental project just by selecting the one of your choosing. All related activities, including communications with the carriers, are displayed according to request. Also available are various periods for each RFP’s.
Using C-surance insures full efficiency whatever the operating mode used by its partners. C-surance automatically identifies the receiver's operating mode and assumes management of this information. Nothing else is required to prepare or transmit your RFP request.
In the Transmittal Category column, C-surance shows a privileged communication mode selected by your partners.
Under this privilege mode, both the sponsor and the carrier take fully advantage of C-surance’s system.
Both carriers and sponsor will substantially gain from it, while at the same time, reduce manual input which is responsible for frequent errors.
The E-mail mode indicates that a partner prefers not to take advantage of the C-surance environment. The latter will automatically receive his RFP request via a PDF file attached to an E-mail. He will be able to reply the same way or send a traditional email. C-surance’s tool will provide easy capture of the information received and included into the comparative analysis. Under such condition, the sponsor is the unique winner as he will be alone profiting and taking advantage of all the benefits associated with the C-surance’s technology.
Relevant information on RFP’s exchanges is displayed on your control panel so to make a swift and efficient visual follow-up. Carriers’ name and transmittal categories used for this presentation do not necessarily reflect the reality and are used for presentation purposes only.
Overall communications between C-surance’s users and others are automatically registered and preserved in the company’s file.
All E-mails sent or received using C-surance’s electronic functions are kept and are available upon request.
