With the Insurer Billing module, ALLEGROUPE offers insurers a comprehensive management tool that can:
• prepare and download Stand-alone Self-Administration,
Linked Self-Administration and Staff Movements modules for the use of clients (enterprises);
• deploy upgrades from MDI or update data (rates, coverage, etc.) within the Enterprise modules in use;
• retrieve employee information from a text file configured to MDI standards when developing Enterprise modules;
• import staff movement information from Enterprise modules in use;
• transfer data (text files) configured to the insurer's standards from Enterprise modules to the insurer’s central system;
• transfer data from Staff Movements modules to the central administration system;
• transfer data from Linked Self-Administration and
Staff Movements modules to the central benefits system;
• export through the Insurer data to prescription drug or dental card suppliers in cases where the client has selected a payment card;
• post data processed by the program, either for one group or for all groups;
• manage taxes and optimize income tax allocation;
• manage flexible, modular or division/class plans.
With the Insurer Self-Administration module, ALLEGROUPE offers the insurer a multiple Enterprise Self-Administration module that can:
• use ALLEGROUPE’s cutting edge functionalities to manage individual companies;
• offer secure electronic access to a group of companies that prefer remote self-administration.
With the Insurer Sales Sector module, ALLEGROUPE offers the insurer a management tool that can:
• help sales sector managers with their assigned portfolios by providing a comprehensive management tool for sales and service representatives;
• allow manual input or electronic transfer of data for requests for proposals;
• input confirmed sales;
• generate reports on sales;
• interface with the insurer’s internal systems (administration, benefits, rating);
• interface with the Insurer Billing module;
• interface with external systems developed by MDI for businesses and group benefits advisors.
Data sharing between the insurer’s operating sectors creates higher productivity and efficiency.
