MDI is greeting you to the employer's administrative management module.
C-surance's prime objective is to create an environment which is not complicated and user-friendly allowing any authorized user to query or make request for changes on the selected employee's file.
For a trustee to easily access corporate or employees’ file, one click on the Open icon will do the trick.
Automatically, C-surance will suggest a full and comprehensive list of all the employees.
In the following section, we will consult together the full spectrum of employees’ files. For now, let us go back to the contract listing so that we are able to look at the appropriate information in the company's file.
We have only one contract for the current company. However, based on each client’s needs, we could have one or more contracts available for consultation purposes.
By selecting the Target contract file, one can access full contract information but for consultation purposes only.
You will then be in a position to look at the overall information in relation with your contract.
Policy number, issued date, renewed date, structure category, divisions or classes, or production language. You will also have access to generic statistics on your insurance contract, including, for example, age average, number of employees, disabled employees, estimated monthly premium and appropriate volumes.
You will also be able to view or edit the setting and configuration of your contract. With all those options, you will be able to determine if the involved process is admissible automatically as per the hiring date or through manual activation, while you can also define the movement processes in accordance with four different accounting process methods.
Obviously, for the employer this information will be accessible on a Read only mode.
The benefits section allows for total consultation on the overall benefits of your company for each division, classes, modular or under a flex benefits plan.
You can only access files which were checked as being active in order to consult the appropriate contract information.
For example, it will be possible to look at the member’s life-insurance section. You will notice that calculation is based on a ratio equivalent to twice the salary paid with a minimum policy of 10 000 dollars and a maximum of 100 000 dollars with or without evidence of eligibility. One can also find all relevant information such as eligibility waiting time, premium waiver in relation with the number of days, benefit reduction or termination based on age, other factors, rate formula and rate setting units.
Likewise, you can select any active benefit such as employer’s accidental death and dismemberment, life insurance on dependants, short term or long term disability, extended healthcare, drug insurance, vision or dental care, as well as view the continuation and reactivation criteria’s.
A second example is long term disability where one will find all the criteria and condition that will manage disabilities on the long term or short term bases.
It is essential to know that Allegroupe allows the management of various benefits for each customized division or class. To do so, one has only to check the division or class related section and find those areas where a different benefit can apply.
For benefit such as extended health insurance, you will also have access to complementary lists such as paramedics or hospital services. For instance, to access this information, click on the Ambulance or the Medicine bag icon.
When appropriate, the sponsor or the carrier will provide additional information accessible through the Notes section.
