The process to create corporate properties files or a RFP within C-surance is very easy and intuitive. You only need to access the various modules which are available based on your needs only.
The expression “if needs only” is very important, for if we give a quick glance at each module available, one will see that access to only a few are really essential to create a file. Moreover, some modules will have default values that could be well suited for the creation of most standard basic files.
In addition, we recommend that the information for each module be done sequentially. This will prevent the operator to avoid omissions and neglects. To access the division/class module is optional, since by default, Allegroupe automatically assigns one division and one class.
When you access this option, it enables you to create as many divisions and classes as you may require. In addition, for each division, you will be able to set forth all relevant information, such as important dates, addresses and provinces where you operate. The latter information will permit Allegroupe to process the appropriate fiscal information. If relevant, you may ask for an automatic copy of the main file just by clicking the Address button. For each of your division, creating as many classes as desired is possible.
You will also have access to an electronic cardex of important contacts allowing you to identify important resources and assign them to a specific task in any division.
Access to the “Contact" option will enable you to enter the overall important data related to various contacts. If needed, you may add a text or a picture.
With such a well documented and stored list of contacts, it will be much simple to assign a contact to a specific responsibility for each corporate division.
Being able to capture all historical claims will give you permanent access to major financial information for each of your company. Obviously, this information will be essential to your underwriter since it will help him evaluate the proposed risk.
Thus, allowing you to enter the relevant information and to obtain a ratio based on your preferred comparative mode.
