C-surance's mission is to create a simple and user-friendly environment. So let’s explore together the inception of a new file by clicking on the button “New File”. For the following steps, the system should guide you intuitively.

As indicated on your new screen, one has simply to capture the requested information. The company’s name will enable you to identify your client while the project name will indicate which needs are required in terms of insurance, whether it is a full dental plan, a long term disability, complete benefit or any other.

C-surance enables you to manage various requests for proposal for a same client. It is up to you to determine which name will best identify the RFP's.

Once you accept these information, the GAP instance for General Access Provider will automatically transfer them along with the control to the Allegroupe’s software.

By default, the province of Quebec has automatically been registered in the system. Quebec being the default value for the Quebec province’s advisors. This default value can change depending on the location of the advisors.

The province’s name is mandatory in order to insure that the carriers will be able to calculate properly underwrite the risk.

Furthermore, C-surance will need that information in order to properly process this for data calculation.

Allegroupe uses the SIC codes for Standard Industry Codes, and the industrial category codes to transmit the information to the carriers. Statistical codes are consequently very important and are taken into account by Allegroupe.

In order for your insurer to properly underwrite the risk involved, it is essential to include an industry’s category as well as the SIC code. All the other fields introduced here are optional in creating a project specification.

It will be up to you to determine the relevance of completing the additional fields. Your file might be more or less completed according to your own personal, appropriate needs.

Allegroupe offers nearly unlimited capabilities and capacities as far as managing personalized remarks or annotations. You will access several traditional industry tools such as Paintbrush, Media clip, Image, Excel in spreadsheets or table, Word or other types of software from the Microsoft family.

For instance, by simply choosing to integrate a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, you will access your preferred spreadsheet. 

This allows you to create your own information files or to use the copy/paste function to gather information already stored in other files.

This current presentation clearly demonstrates that C-surance enables you to capture the overall generic information of your company from whatever its sources. Now, Allegroupe is much more than just a basic client information manager. With it, you capture all the specific information with regards to Group Insurance and then use the powerful intelligence tools provided to easily manage each of the various dedicated information.
