Let us resume the exploration of the various modules which are available to the plan administrator.
First, we select the designated company by double-clicking on its name.

In XPRO mode, the operator can access an accounting or invoicing management module.
This highly sophisticated module enables the administrator to follow-up on its receivables.
A specific report identifies the amount of the invoices and the amount received for each contract on each invoice made.
Likewise, the operator can obtain a list of payables, per period.
This report will reflect the operations and transactions achieved by the plan administrator.
Many options are available for him. He may wish to use filters to determine those among the transactions he wants to look at. He can register new ones, manage transactions batches, and print or obtain list of receivables or payables for a specific period.
Managing the events metrics is an important tool for taking care of all your activities. This way, you should be able to clearly determine how you want the software to process your files.
Consequently, it is very important to properly manage the events’ metrics available through this module. In particular, the invoicing section allows for the identification of the fiscal year starting and terminating dates, the date of the initial invoice, the search engine and the invoicing category. In the same manner, we will be able to configure the search engine for the receivables. It is a must that the operator knows and understands very well all the other metrics indicated.
The manager will also have the opportunity to specifically configure the payroll deductions metrics.
