Computerizing company’s RFP’s information within Allegroupe:
Creation of a current plan #26
Allegroupe is a flexible and powerful tool to manage comprehensive information relevant to project, consequently, the creation of each element of a RFP project. As one will be able to observe, it is possible to create a copy of the current plan that will be inserted in a RFP. The RFP can then be modified to reflect the customer’s requests. Following this, copying it will be possible to create options reflecting the various choices required by our company.
Information concerning the current plan could have been imported from the Allegroupe database or from a C-surance managing database. From that point, we are able to copy it to become the current plan.
The import of the current plan occurrence includes the file's overall information. Consequently, it is strongly recommended that the advisor uses and maximizes the output related to the import/export modules.
Each document generated by the copying module will provide an all-out information transcript. This will allow you to strictly devote your time to variations when processing the information of the new copied RFP.
An option will enable you to access the new copied RFP directly. This option is of particular interest when creating options that will allow you to access directly your new optional templates in order to bring changes to the plan.
If you have made several changes to your initial RFP and you must synchronize this information with the other files created, it will suffice to use the “RFP’s synchronization” option to obtain an all-out copy of the information pertaining to the other RFP’s.
C-surance automatically manages the various copies for each of your carriers. Thus, when transmitting the information to the selected carriers, Allegroupe will automatically generate a copy of each RFP and options so to be able to manage each one individually. When transmitting to the carriers, they will receive the basic RFP’s copies; your options as well as a copy of the current plan if available.
It is also possible for Allegroupe to manage various iterations of your RFP. Upon receipt of a reply from your carriers using C-surance mode, Allegroupe will save a copy of your original file prior to the reply and will send it within an archived environment. Those files will be appropriately identified.
