Capturing benefits is a sophisticated task that may require much attention from the advisor. Fortunately, within Allegroupe’s environment, we were successful in creating one which is user friendly and allows for easy and rapid inceptions of various benefit related with one specific company, a division or each of its classes. This ease of use can also apply when managing a modular management.
Selecting the “Assigning Benefit using Template” option will provide access to a well documented information database enabling you to assign plan to classes, divisions, a module or for the whole group.
The operator will be able to choose from a list of available templates for the plan which best meets the needs of his client.
Templates outlined on this list are published whether by insurers or MDI. You will then be able to ask your insurers to add elements appropriate to their own needs and markets, or you could provide the information to MDI which will gladly incorporate it in your RFP’s and on your list of available templates.
If necessary, before assigning a template to your company, it twill be possible to verify all the details of the plan. You will find all relevant information to the program being offered by an insurer or developed by a professional from you company.
As you can see, it is well documented information. It will be possible and easy to use a template which reflects your company's needs so to, thereafter, change and adapt it perfectly to your own needs.

The Manager will then have all the latitude to regroup the various services, or to dissociate them according to the specific needs of the proposed contract.
This will enable the authorized Manager to manage the full spectrum of available services which must be displayed or printed when preparing the project specification or the assessment analysis between the various products available.
Once you identity to which company’s division or classes a specific service must be applied, and after having selected one of the available templates, one has to simply select the assigned option and apply it.
The selected “Apply” option enables the automatic creation of the overall benefits which were described in the detailed plan and applied as the current plan for the designated group of employees.
With the help of individual benefit template, the advisor will be able to identify each element individually and to modify them, if necessary, by processing each benefit.
