Always consistent with C-surance’s objective for simplicity and productivity, the following steps contain lists of managed RFP’s and of employees; we will explore two functions that considerably streamline the task related to these activities.
You will only have to complete each of the components contained in the RFP's managing module. It will be left to you to specify which information should be inserted in your ongoing RFP’s.
Let us recall that each comment section gives access to an enriched text environment by using the right key and selecting the edit option. Interesting statistics can also be obtained by clicking on the "Statistic" key, thus automatically producing an information list relevant with the other particulars included in the file.
It will be possible for you to fill in the relevant information since Allegroupe will make suggestions on the information that need completion.
Inputting the variation field could be optional to users having access to the extended analysis options. The end-user also has the option to obtain a complete comparative analysis of his current plan through Allegroupe with the section "Variance". As a matter of fact, we suggest you look at the analysis section in order to appreciate the strength associated with this module which is available depending on more advanced versions.
Based of C-surance functionality which allows for the transmission of copies of the current plan, RFP’s and options, all modifications to it will be automatically identified by C-surance analytic tool.
All the inputted information integrated in various cells or blocks will be reproduced on the project specification which will then be automatically transmitted in PDF mode to your insurer.
You can also use the copy/paste function in order to bring or copy into your own file information blocks from other internal files. |
