You can access the selected project trough the Allegroupe project list options and request the print option. The second method can be request directly form the GAP view. Where once you have highlighted the selected project, you simply need to ask for the print option. Both methods will provide you with the same final results.

With relatively little effort, you will be able to create standard basic project specification or generate highly sophisticated document which characterized the specific nature of your enterprises.   

Thus, keeping your project specification personalized for each of your carriers with as little or as much information as you want to include or add to.  For the carrier, receiving an RFP prepared with the using of C-surance.ca will insure that ALL the needed information will be available.

At first glance, the vast information contained in the project specification can give you the impression that much work was involved in preparing this document.

The fact of this matter is that many areas may take advantage of the copy/paste functions allowing to transfer existing information from and to Word or Excel files.

In reality, even if your project specifications are massive, the required workload to produce is limited and simplified thanks, once again, to a well structured and organized information production process channelled through Allegroupe.

It is the same thing when you want to personalize the paramedic services’ list. You can regroup services and assigned coverage modes or constraint to each clustering of services. The legend at the bottom of each page permits you to trace back the relevant information for each individual service.

There are no physical restrictions through Allegroupe that could prevent you for capturing the necessary information on the various services or the costs involved. Allegroupe will allow you to select from a databank all the various information fields you may want to submit to your customer or to your carrier. 

A section is also dedicated to the hospitalization services which, once again, can be enriched or removed from any service description in accordance to your project specification needs.

The concept of selecting element from a databank is also applicable at the ADD additional information level, whereby one can select the fields of information that one would like to show, process or print for each of your carriers.  This can be adjusted or personalized for each RFP’s that you wish to setup.

A section of the project specification reflects the rating history.

The claim historic will also be available in accordance with the fields that were easily and rapidly captured within Allegroupe’s databases.

Based on the information captured previously, the system will automatically produce and generate a graphic representation of the claim historic in relation with the rating history.

The list of employees, imported from external Excel or other lists or from Allegroupe’s simplified tools, will complete the project specification information file. 

One last section includes a disability list. This information can be enriched by adding related data whenever they are available.
